Review policy

1. First-hand only. Reviewers must have ordered from the supplier. One review per person per supplier every 6 months.
2. Verified purchase. Reviews with an approved (redacted) invoice get a Verified badge and count double in scores. Proofs are visible only to moderators and deleted after checking.
3. Scores. Weighted average of the last 12 months; shown only after 5 reviews.
4. Right of reply. Suppliers can claim their page free (verified via company-domain email), post one public reply per review, and open a dispute. Reviews stay up during disputes unless they break these rules.
5. We remove personal data, abuse, reviews by competitors or employees, incentivized reviews, and unverifiable factual claims raised in a dispute.
6. We keep honest negative experiences. Paying never removes a review or changes a score. Sponsored placements are labeled "Sponsored".
7. No fake or bought reviews, consistent with the FTC rule on consumer reviews.
